tutoring started as a side income — but i quickly realised i had a genuine passion for it. there's something deeply satisfying about taking a complex concept, stripping it back, and finding the exact way to make it land for someone.
the problem was never the teaching. it was everything around it. lesson notes, homework sheets, parent updates, topic tracking — the admin quietly consumed more time than the sessions themselves.
this summer i joined cyberstaff as an intern — built by the team behind bark.com, one of the uk's most recognised platforms. what i've seen there is genuinely unlike anything else. the technology, the pace, the ambition — it showed me what's possible when you build without limits. it inspired me to stop thinking about lodero and start building it.
lodero started as a tool for myself. now i want every tutor to have it.
